FruitPerk: Slice & Match 3 ("FruitPerk", "we", "our") is a free mobile game developed by Lipon Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you play our game.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. FruitPerk works fully offline and requires no account, registration, or login.
The only data stored is on your own device, for example your game progress and high score (stored locally on your device only).
3. Advertising
FruitPerk is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party ad networks:
- • Google AdMob (Google LLC)
- • Unity LevelPlay mediation (Unity Technologies)
These ad providers may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies. For example, Google may use the Advertising ID to deliver personalised ads.
4. Consent (GDPR / EEA & UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other regions with consent requirements, a consent prompt will be shown before any personalised ads are served. You can choose to accept or decline. If you decline, only non-personalised ads may be shown or ads may be limited.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
FruitPerk is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for all ages. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families policies, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the game is configured with child-directed ad settings where applicable.
6. Permissions
FruitPerk requests only the permissions required to function: internet access (for ads) and network state (to check connectivity). No other sensitive permissions are used.
7. Data Security & Deletion
